Enter Jessica Luna and her brand Luna Project. First off, Jessica is as much of a lovely human being as she was an ideal client. She’s warm, creative, affirming, and kind– but she’s also a formidable strategic mind, decisively logical, and game for getting from Point A to Point B with the best outcome possible. Factor in the fact that she’s a natural-born brainstormer who can hand over the reins and trust the process we’ve charted out together, and I felt like I’d struck gold.
We’ve been working together on and off for a couple of years, and during that time, her website copy and case study package were two of my favorite projects that I completed for her.
Jessica Luna is a brand strategy-minded marketing professional and designer who works with legacy businesses and large corporations in the Midwest. With almost 20 years of experience, she’s curated an impressive roster of clients and made herself indispensable to businesses looking to develop and execute marketing strategies at critical stages in their development.
Her clients include a nation-wide commercial service company, a non-profit health clinic and education center, a handful of chic downtown eateries, and a rapidly expanding entertainment brand making an impact with luxury movie theaters.
Jessica first reached out to me to completely redo her brand’s website copy, internal documents, and client-facing documents. As Luna Project’s growth skyrocketed and its identity evolved, she felt that her digital presence was feeling tired and out of date. She was looking for both a copywriter and a strategy-minded collaborator to set her brand up for another decade of success.
Once we connected, we worked closely together to articulate her Unique Selling Points (USPs), get into the minds of her current and prospective clientele, and develop a robust brand voice that reflected her extensive expertise. After that, it was off to the races with a comprehensive site map and outline, preliminary copy drafts, and full-site execution of the copy that she could build her site design around. (She was one of those rare clients who wanted to go copy-first, design second.)
Jessica was so pleased with the final result that she came back to me six months later, requesting eight case studies from each one of her her keystone industries. These highlighted the amazing work she’s done in the retail, hospitality, non-profit, restaurant industries, and more, establishing her expertise and making her a first choice for prospective clients.
